A client may come to me at anytime to request a quote.

A quote will be valid for 30 days. After that time the same quote will be will no longer work and the work will be reevaluated and may be higher or lower based on changes to my experience and knowledge of the requested work.
I, the artist, live in during Spring and Summer observed March to November Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7) or during the Fall and Winter observed early November to March Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8). When Commissions are open I check my email every other day. Once in the mornings or once in the afternoons before my last meal of the day. When Commissions are closed once a week. Unless a life event interrupts it.
Please get all your details and references together before you send the initial email. That will make it easier for me not to miss anything.
